Establish a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student curiosity, professional lab safety standards, and academic growth.
Assess and monitor student progress using various formative and summative tools, communicating data clearly with students, families, and administration.
Integrate career and college readiness into the curriculum, highlighting pathways in STEM, healthcare, agriculture, and environmental sciences.
Participate in professional learning communities (PLCs) and district-wide initiatives to continuously improve instructional outcomes.
