This full-time position will serve students in grades 5?12 with a range of communication needs. The ideal candidate will be student-focused, collaborative, and committed to fostering growth in communication, academic, and social-emotional skills. Responsibilities Include: Provide speech-language services to students with disabilities in grades 5?12 Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine eligibility and guide instruction Develop and implement IEP goals and objectives in collaboration with the IEP team Maintain a consistent and effective data collection system to track student progress and communicate clearly with families and staff Collaborate with general and special education staff, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to deliver coordinated support Actively participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal special education laws Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for students with varying communication needs Qualifications: Master''s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Minnesota SLP license or eligible for licensure Strong communication and collaboration skills Demonstrated commitment to working with students with disabilities Experience in school-based settings and familiarity with IEP processes preferred Why Rockford Area Schools?
