Your Role: A Teacher as a Scholar and Disciple-Maker Instruct with Purpose: Guide students through engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that build strong academic foundations while weaving biblical truth into daily instruction and classroom life. Model Christlike Character: Demonstrate patience, joy, and love in the classroom while providing consistent guidance, encouragement, and biblical correction. Lay the Foundation of Faith & Learning: Teach from the understanding that Christ is central to all knowledge, helping students develop a biblical worldview as they grow in wisdom, understanding, and character. Cultivate Curiosity & Independence: Foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning while encouraging students to grow in independence, responsibility, and confidence. Partner with Families: Support parents in their God-given role as primary disciplers by cultivating a warm, transparent, and Christ-centered partnership focused on each child?s growth and success.
