In this role, you will provide targeted literacy and/or math interventions for students who need additional support to reach grade-level expectations. Working within a collaborative MTSS framework, the Interventionist will use evidence-based practices, data-driven decision making, and strong relationships to accelerate student growth and help every learner thrive. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about the science of reading, responsive instruction, and helping students build both confidence and skills. This position supports the implementation of the Minnesota READ Act, ADSIS programming and MN state standards by delivering structured literacy interventions and/or evidenced based math interventions, using data-driven decision-making, and collaborating within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework to accelerate student reading and/or math achievement and reduce referrals to special education.
