In this role, you will provide targeted literacy and/or math interventions for students who need additional support to reach grade-level expectations. Working within a collaborative MTSS framework, the Interventionist will use evidence-based practices, data-driven decision making, and strong relationships to accelerate student growth and help every learner thrive. Elementary Teacher- Interventionist Pinewood Elementary School Full time position (1.0 FTE) Position available 8/24/26 JOB SUMMARY: The Interventionist provides targeted, evidence-based literacy/ math instruction to students who are not meeting grade-level benchmarks. This position supports the implementation of the Minnesota READ Act, ADSIS programming and MN state standards by delivering structured literacy interventions and/or evidenced based math interventions, using data-driven decision-making, and collaborating within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework to accelerate student reading and/or math achievement and reduce referrals to special education.
