Nicollet Public School is seeking a .3 FTE Middle School/High School Choir Teacher for the 2026 – 2027 school year.
We are seeking a teacher that is motivated, passionate about the learning process, willing and able to differentiate instruction for the learning of all. Focused in creating a positive, respectful learning environment. Experienced in infusing technology with learning and be willing to jump into a team of great educators.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
o Required – Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
o Master degree optional
o Valid Minnesota teaching certificate
o The district will pay for experience
Special knowledgeable/Skills:
o Knowledge of overall operations of Choir/Vocal music program for Middle and High School
o Ability to fundraise and manage a budget
o Ability to plan a traveling experience for grades 9th – 12th
o Ability to implement policy and procedures of the Nicollet School Board
o Strong communication, public relations and interpersonal skills
Nicollet Public School is a Pre-K through 12th grade site located in South Central Minnesota.

The successful candidate will hold a Valid Minnesota Teaching License.
Depending upon the successful candidate’s qualifications, this position could be combined with other teaching assignments. Coaching opportunities may also be available.
