Our district is located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schools serves approximately 4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12). Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm (August 24th and 25th 2026 (workshop week with classroom teacher) then August 31st- October 30th, 2026) License Required: Social Studies Teaching License issued from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). Salary: BA Step B of the Waconia Education Association''s Collective Bargaining Agreement ($263.33 per day) Application Procedure: Qualified candidates should apply online at www.isd110.org.
