Assess and write evaluation reports as part of a team for students referred for having a need for DAPE Write goals and objectives for students qualifying for DAPE services Progress monitor goals and objectives for students qualifying for DAPE services Modify and adapt physical education games, skills, environment and materials to promote students accessing general education physical education. Consistently communicate with team members regarding the needs of students. Other duties as assigned.
