Job Title: Dean of Students
Job Summary:The purpose of the Dean of Students is to assist with the leadership and management of the elementary school, with a primary focus on improving student behavior & achievement, maintaining a positive culture and climate, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all students and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates a safe and welcoming learning and working environment
- Behavior management & student support
- Assisting in instruction & operational management
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assist the building principal & leadership team
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Degree: Master''s in Education, Administration, or Leadership (or related field)
- Licensure: A valid Minnesota K-12 Principal License issued by the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB).
- Experience: Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.

Pay Range: $51,790 to $96, 124 (based on daily rate of pay of the certified contract for 200 days)
