Educational Associates for Special Education work one-on-one and with small groups of students in the areas of instructional reinforcement and student support and learning assistance. Education and Experience Requirements: Associate''s Degree or at least two years of post-secondary education (a minimum of 60 semester credits), or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment Experience working with students Experience working with diverse student populations Strong communication skills Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: The hourly wage for this position is $23.00 per hour. Benefits: This is a temporary/casual position. Eligible employees will participate in the state''s largest pension program, the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA).
