Paraprofessional 6-12, Full time ? Benson Public Schools District POSITION: Paraprofessional Full time ? 2026-27 School Year and beyond Benson Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and highly energetic individual for a full-time position of Paraprofessional for grades 6-12. DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing academic, behavioral, and physical support to students, under the direction of certified staff QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school degree, GED, or equivalent experience; and 2. Holds one of the following to meet the Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirement or will obtain within the probationary period: At least two years of college credits (usually 60 credits in Minnesota) An AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree Obtain the PELSB Paraprofessional Credential Passing score of 460 (or higher) on the ParaPro Assessment Passing score of 65% (or higher) for the Instructional Support test and 70% (or higher) for the Knowledge and Application test on the Minnesota Service Cooperatives ParaEducator Proctored Test Starting range for this position is: $17.48 ? 22.26/hour Benson Public Schools provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as flexible spending plans.
