Lionsgate Academy?s mission is designed to educate students living with Autism and other learning differences and is seeking a mission-driven Special Education Programs Supervisor to lead our Center Based program. Salary range: $55,000-$75,000 (197 duty days) Benefits: full benefit options including medical, vision, disability, HSA, FSA, 403b and free dental, as well as 96 hours of PTO Location: Shoreview, Minnesota What You?ll Do: Provide leadership and oversight to high-needs, center-based classrooms on the Shoreview Campus Direct student programming and supervise due process paperwork Actively coach and supervise teachers in behavior management Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver behavioral and academic/functional programming Support students with significant cognitive disabilities in accessing education in the least restrictive environment A partner and visible presences for students, staff, and families Active collaborator in school leadership and crisis team Why Join Us?
