Strong background in and understanding of the specific sport. Successful coaching experience strongly preferred. Experience in building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing diverse program-wide elements in accordance with the school mission and vision. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the program and the local community. Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior. Positive, high energy, and committed.
