Position: Special Education Paraprofessional Salary Range : $20-$22 per hour Marine Village School ? Position Overview: The Special Education Paraprofessional works closely with licensed teachers and other support staff to meet the needs of students with special needs in both academic and social settings. Paraprofessionals will report to school on days students are present. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s degree or coursework in education preferred) Paraprofessional certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Support classroom instruction and behavior interventions Help students with organization, transitions, and daily routines Monitor and document student progress as directed Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment What We Offer: Supportive and collaborative school culture Ongoing training and professional development Meaningful, rewarding work supporting student success Job Type : Full-time Work Location : In person To apply: please send your resume, cover letter, and position you are applying for to info@marinevillageschool.org
