You will support the Lead Teacher in delivering a curriculum that fosters the social, emotional, and academic growth of every child. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who thrives in a collaborative, NAEYC-accredited setting. Key Responsibilities Instructional Support: Actively engage with children during play and structured activities to support developmental milestones across all domains. Classroom Management: Ensure a seamless daily flow by assisting with the setup/cleanup of learning centers and maintaining a highly organized, safe environment. Health & Safety: Maintain rigorous standards for child safety and hygiene, including the preparation and service of snacks according to health guidelines from DCYF Childcare Licensing and Minnesota Department of Health. Family Partnership: Act as a welcoming presence for families; maintain professional, confidential, and respectful communication that honors diverse parenting styles. Operational Excellence: Monitor classroom supplies, participate in staff meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development/in-service training. Qualifications Proven experience in an early childhood setting with stellar professional references. Exceptional organizational skills and the flexibility to navigate the dynamic environment of a 4-star Parent Aware and NAEYC-accredited program. A commitment to confidentiality and inclusive, respectful community building. Availability: 40 hours per week, Monday ?
