This position offers the opportunity to inspire a love of music in students across all grade levels while fostering creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence within a supportive school community. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging music instruction for students in grades K?12. Plan and direct vocal and instrumental performances, concerts, and school events. Foster students? appreciation for music theory, history, and performance. Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment. Collaborate with staff, administrators, and the community to support student well-being. Preferred Qualifications Valid Minnesota K-12 Music Teaching License. Experience teaching vocal and/or instrumental music. Ability to direct ensembles such as band and/or choir. Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills. Licensure in multiple areas is preferred.
