Position : Elementary Classroom Teacher 1.0 FTE School Year : 2026?2027 About Nasha Shkola Charter School: Nasha Shkola Charter School is a small K?8 public charter school located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Our mission is to provide a strong academic foundation while fostering multilingualism, multicultural understanding, and appreciation of Russian language and Slavic heritage. More than 90% of our students are multilingual learners. Nasha Shkola is not a language immersion school. Core academic instruction is delivered in English using evidence-based curricula aligned with Minnesota standards. Students also receive daily instruction in Russian language and culture as part of our unique heritage-focused educational program. Responsibilities Provide instruction in all core elementary subject areas. Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff. Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents. Participate in school events, professional development, and school improvement initiatives. Qualifications Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain a Minnesota Elementary Education teaching license. Experience working with multilingual learners is preferred but not required.
