Position : Physical Education teacher, 0.5 FTE This position can be expanded to 1.0 FTE with an additional teaching assignment (details will be provided upon request) School Year : 2026?2027 About Nasha Shkola Charter School Nasha Shkola Charter School is a small K?8 public charter school located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Our mission is to provide a strong academic foundation while fostering multilingualism, multicultural understanding, and appreciation of Russian language and Slavic heritage. More than 90% of our students are multilingual learners. Nasha Shkola is not a language immersion school. Core academic instruction is delivered in English using evidence-based curricula aligned with Minnesota standards. Students also receive daily instruction in Russian language and culture as part of our unique heritage-focused educational program. Responsibilities Plan and teach engaging physical education classes for students in PreK?8. Promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Supervise students and maintain PE equipment and space. Collaborate with staff and support school events and activities. Qualifications Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain a Minnesota teaching license Experience working with multilingual learners is preferred but not required.
