Revised. Isle Schools has a 0.55 FTE Speech Language Pathologist long term sub position available. This position runs from September 22, 2026 to February 14, 2027. Candidates must hold a valid MN SLP license or equivalent. This position is supported by Rum River Special Education Cooperative. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students'' IEP goals. Provide evidence-based therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Participate as an active member of IEP teams, evaluation teams, and problem-solving teams. Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support communication development in educational settings. Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable federal and state regulations. Demonstrate effective organization, time management, and caseload management skills. Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Exhibit professionalism, cultural competence, and ethical decision-making. Preferred Qualifications Experience serving students from early childhood through high school. Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and social communication interventions. Familiarity with assistive technology and teletherapy platforms. Join our Team!
