This role supports both preschool instruction and Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) programming, working collaboratively with families and colleagues to provide high-quality early learning experiences. Position Details: Preschool Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 7:20 AM ? 11:15 AM ECFE Schedule: Based on enrollment; anticipated hours include Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings/evenings, and Thursday mornings/evenings Special Events & Sampler Classes: Hours determined by enrollment and program needs Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Teaching and Learning Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons based on the Early Childhood Indicators of Progress Foster a positive, engaging learning environment that nurtures the whole child and encourages a love of learning Communication & Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, staff, and community partners Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and leadership to support student success Collaboration & Program Development Work closely with the parent educator and district leadership to continuously improve early childhood programming Help design and implement new programs that respond to the evolving needs of the community Required Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Valid Minnesota teaching license in Pre-Kindergarten, Pre-Primary, or Early Childhood Education Benefits Package: Prorated salary based on experience and qualifications: $53,964 - $95,461 Foley United Educators Master Agreement 2025-2027 Comprehensive health and dental insurance Retirement plan options (e.g., 403B) with employer contribution Paid time off, including PTO, and holidays Professional development and continuing education opportunities Life and disability insurance coverage Application Deadline: Open until filled. Position Summary: Overview:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching and Learning

  • Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons based on the Early Childhood Indicators of Progress
