Position Overview The Specialist Teacher embraces experiential learning and is committed to building strong relationships with students and families while fostering curiosity, service, stewardship, and a lifelong love of learning in all students. Job Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons in your specialty area Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom where all students thrive Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of learners and combined age groups Collaborate with colleagues to co-teach, plan, and assess across disciplines Integrate outdoor experiences and service learning into your instruction Use restorative practices and trauma-informed approaches to create a safe, positive classroom culture.
