Start Your Online Application Now Preschool Teacher (T/Th AM & PM Half-Day Program) Menahga Elementary School Position Summary Menahga Elementary School is seeking a caring, energetic, and student-centered Preschool Teacher to lead our Tuesday/Thursday AM and PM half-day preschool program. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the social, emotional, academic, and behavioral growth of young learners. Qualifications Valid Minnesota teaching license in Early Childhood Education or related field Strong understanding of child development and early learning standards Ability to create engaging, play-based, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging preschool instruction aligned with early learning standards Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Support students'' social-emotional development and school readiness skills Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress and classroom activities Collaborate with support staff, specialists, and elementary team members Monitor and document student growth and development Maintain classroom organization, routines, and safety procedures Contract Information Position: Part-Time Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday AM & PM Half-Day Preschool Program Start Date: 2026?2027 School Year Salary and benefits according to the negotiated master agreement and district guidelines Application Process Interested applicants should submit the following information and apply on the district website: Letter of interest Resume College transcripts Copy of current teaching license Three letters of recommendation Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
