Sauk Centre Public Schools is seeking a long-term substitute .5 Title Interventionist from August 24 through November 25 . Daily hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday . This position provides reading and math intervention services to elementary students at Holy Family School and works closely with classroom teachers and support staff to help students achieve academic success. Required Qualifications: 1. Must possess MN Elementary Education Licensure ; 2. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students; 3. Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues; 4. Demonstrated ability in classroom management. Salary: Substitute teacher pay is $150.00 per day. After serving 20 consecutive days in the same teacher assignment, the substitute will be placed at BA Step 1, which is currently $267.63 per day. This increased rate will apply to all days worked after the 20th day and will be paid retroactively to Day 1 of the assignment. Benefits: Substitute teachers are eligible to accrue sick leave.
