The Benton-Stearns Education District is accepting applications for multiple paraprofessional positions in our Level IV programs. These positions follow our school calendar with some additional summer hours. Hours are from 7:45-3:00. There is time both before and after the student day allotted for data entry and planning. The Benton Stearns Education District is accepting applications for multiple paraprofessional positions starting in August. These positions follow the school calendar with the opportunity to add some additional summer hours. The position is to work with students with Autism and/ or Behavioral Disorders in a small setting. We have openings in Sartell in our level IV Program and in Cold Spring at the school side of Grafton, a residential facility. You will be working with students from K- 12+. Responsibilities include providing instructional support and behavioral assistance to students in classroom settings. Candidates should have the ability to work cooperatively in team situations and have patience in working with students. The candidate will be able to communicate effectively and concisely both orally and in writing and to maintain composure under stressful conditions. Pay: 21.01- 25.43 based on experience. We also offer chances for stipend pay based on additional duties. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
