Qualifications: High School Diploma
Here is a summary of duties for the position:
- Provide administrative support as directed and secretarial assistance to the Principal.
- Arrange coverage for employee absences and update attendance records
- Assign budget codes to payroll claim forms, and reconcile absences in district absence reporting system.
- Handles building purchases, monitor building budget
- Provide general office support and general bookkeeping duties as directed.
