Compensation for this seasonal position is $4,000 for the season. Job Title: Varsity Assistant Girls Soccer Coach Report To: Girls Varsity Soccer Head Coach (Scott Helling-Christy) and Director of Athletics and Activities (Matt Pryor) Location: Benilde-St. Margaret?s School St. Louis Park, MN Season: Fall (Mid-August through first part of November) Qualifications ? Proven experience playing or coaching competitive soccer (high school, collegiate, or higher). ? Strong communication skills ? Commitment to developing student-athletes as leaders on and off the field ? Ability to foster a positive, growth-oriented student-athlete experience while maintaining competitive expectations ? Successful completion of background check and BSM Safe Environment training. ? Commitment to BSM?s Catholic mission and values Responsibilities Assist head coach in the following areas: ? Setting up tryout sessions ? Player evaluation and team placement ? Distributing and collecting uniforms ? Setting up and running training sessions ? Team Meetings and meetings with individual players ? Viewing and evaluating game films ? Pre-game warmup ? In game player evaluation ?
