POSITION TITLE: Special Education Teacher - Transitions POSITION PURPOSE: Teach transitions classes, including prerequisite skills in the areas of employment, post secondary education and independent living while incorporating social skills, as well as high school transition electives; reports on transition activities; collaborates with the transitions department team and develops relevant Community Based Instruction (CBI) for students throughout the school year.
