Full-Time Position Caledonia Area Public School District is seeking a dedicated and dependable Nutrition Lead to support the daily operation of our school nutrition program. This full-time position follows the school calendar and offers a family-friendly schedule, with hours of 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on student attendance days. Join a team dedicated to providing nutritious meals and excellent service to students every day. Position Responsibilities The Nutrition Lead will assist in the daily operation of the school nutrition program, including: Maintaining sales, production, and other required records and documentation Assisting with kitchen organization and daily workflow Utilizing knowledge of kitchen equipment, food production, and food safety procedures Preparing and serving breakfast and lunch meals to students Operating the cashier station as needed Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors Supporting a positive, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment Assisting in ensuring compliance with school nutrition program requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous food service experience preferred On-the-job training provided Demonstrated ability to work positively with children, staff, and the public Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, and positive Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as required throughout the workday Compensation and Benefits Hiring Range: $17.67 ? $22.23 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
