Stella Maris Academy is PK-12 Catholic school serving the Duluth, MN metro and iis seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher for 3 - 4 year old learners. The successful candidate will foster a positive, faith-filled learning environment while teaching social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual formation in alignment with the school''s mission of academic excellence and Catholic education. Responsibilities: Teach within the early childhood program of the Academy. Create an engaging, respectful, and supportive classroom environment. Integrate Catholic values into daily instruction and interactions. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Maintain accurate student records and assessments. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning. Support the mission and values of Stella Maris Academy. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in educational related field or child development. Ability to meet DHS licensing requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and families. Active participation in a Catholic faith community preferred. Successful completion of a criminal background check.
