Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field An appropriate MN teaching license is required Ability and willingness to teach the classical trivium and sequence model as defined by the school The ability to speak and write clearly and effectively Conviction in the values of a rigorous liberal arts education Ability to maintain an orderly classroom Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience preferred but not required An appropriate MN teaching license is preferred but not required Tier 3 or 4 License preferred but not required Compensation: Pay range: $45,150 ? $81,375 Benefits: Benefits: medical, dental, Life & ADD, vision, health savings account, 403b, teachers'' retirement, public employees'' retirement, short-term disability, long-term disability, critical illness, accident insurance, voluntary life and AD&D, NICE Healthcare, and pet insurance.
