Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy (RASA) | Rochester, Minnesota
Do you believe a child''s first school experiences should be filled with wonder, creativity, and joyful learning?
Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy (RASA) is looking for a caring, energetic, and student-centered Early Childhood Co-Teacher to join our team. We''re seeking an educator who is passionate about helping our youngest learners develop a love of school through hands-on exploration, meaningful relationships, and play-based learning.
This position is a true co-teaching role. You will work alongside another licensed teacher every day to plan, teach, assess, and support students together. We believe that two teachers collaborating in one classroom creates an exceptional learning environment for children while also providing opportunities for professional collaboration, creativity, and shared leadership.
We believe the right educator is more important than filling a specific classroom, so we are flexible in determining the best placement based on the strengths and experience of the successful candidate.
