Minnesota Head Coaching Certification/Licensure Soccer knowledge/experience Coaching experience required Good communication skills; respect/recognition of youth needs, interest and accomplishment Development of a comprehensive soccer program including by working in coordination with the AD in the following areas: Parental Organization/Organization of Parent Pre-Season meeting Working with Youth Organizations Equipment/Uniforms Budget Transportation Fundraising End of Season Banquet Daily Practice Schedule Game Scheduling Monitor Student-athletes Academic Progress Public Relations Staffing of Lower Level and Assistant Coaches Attendance at Conference and Section Coaches Meetings Preparation and Promotion of Athletes for a Post High School Experience Application Procedure: Please apply online: http://www.district112.org (only online applications will be accepted).
