K-6 General Music & 6-8th Grade Choir Mary of Lourdes School- Little Falls, MN Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Job Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year Mary of Lourdes is a Catholic Pre-K through 8th-grade school housed on two separate campuses. Pre-K thru 4 is one building attached to St. Mary?s Church and 5-8 are in the Middle School near Our Lady of Lourdes Church. While we?re a Catholic school, we welcome faculty, staff, students, and families of all faith backgrounds. You will work in an environment where children are eager to learn and parents see themselves as partners in their child?s education. Job Summary: As a teacher at Mary of Lourdes, you must have a clear love of children and a desire to help them discover their God-given gifts. A teacher is responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons to diverse groups of students in grades K- 6 General Music and Grades 6-8 Choir. In addition, you will be responsible for building positive relationships and working collaboratively with students, parents, and staff members to foster a positive experience for the entire learning community. Qualifications: A current Minnesota Teaching License is preferred. A Bachelor?s degree in Elementary Education. Must have strong classroom management skills and maintain classroom order. Effective oral and written communication skills. Must collaborate with other teachers to design and coordinate assessments and utilize data to target student needs. Must have experience with curriculum and assessment design and implement best practice teaching and learning strategies. Must adhere to national curriculum standards and collect and report on correct and detailed records of student performance. Ability to use current technology as an instructional tool.
