Start Your Online Application Now Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor Zumbrota-Mazeppa Public Schools Full-Time | Year-Round | 260 Days Zumbrota-Mazeppa Public Schools is seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor to lead the maintenance and upkeep of our district''s buildings, grounds, and facility systems. This leadership position plays a key role in providing safe, clean, and well-maintained learning environments for our students, staff, and community. What You''ll Do Lead district maintenance and grounds operations. Oversee preventative maintenance and facility repairs. Coordinate projects with Head of Facilities Support custodial operations and capital improvement projects. Ensure facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have: Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or grounds management. Leadership or supervisory experience. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A valid driver''s license.
