Lake Ripley Elementary School in Litchfield, Minnesota is seeking a dedicated, student-centered First Grade Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about helping young learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment. Demonstrate strong knowledge of elementary instructional practices, child development, and evidence-based teaching strategies. Utilize student achievement data and ongoing assessment to differentiate instruction and drive academic growth. Build strong partnerships and relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support student success. Collaborate actively with colleagues and support staff to improve student achievement. Integrate technology purposefully to enhance learning, creativity, and student engagement. Maintain high expectations for academic achievement, behavior, and character development. Possess a commitment to continuous professional learning and reflective practice. Be dedicated to maximizing the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. Qualifications: Valid Minnesota Teaching License in Elementary Education (Grades K-6) is required.
