August 20, 2026 Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Student Support Specialist. The Student Support Specialist helps create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment for all students. This role supports classroom instruction by implementing proactive behavior management strategies, assisting with student educational plans, and supervising students during recess and other activities. The ideal candidate is patient, collaborative, and committed to helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
