POSITION: 1.0 FTE Teacher Instructional Coach
LOCATION: Tri-City United District
Tri-City United proudly serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, and Montgomery
STARTING DATE: As soon as possible after successful completion of the hiring process
SALARY: $45,500-$75,125 based on qualifications and years of experience
BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement, and paid time off
REPORTS TO: Director of Teaching and Learning

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
- Teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT)
- Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement
- Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards
- Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools
