Barnum Public Schools ISD 91 is seeking a 1.0 FTE School Social Worker to begin with the 2026-2027 school year. This position is shared with Willow River Community School, with the social worker?s time split evenly between the two districts (50/50). The preferred schedule is 2.5 days per week at each district, with some flexibility available. This position will collaborate with counselors and other specialist staff to develop an effective K-12 developmental guidance program. Must have a Minnesota Social Work License (LSW, LGSW, LISW, LICSW) , School Social Worker License (Tier3/Tier4) , and a Bachelors or Masters degree from a university in an accredited Social Work program .
