JOB DUTIES:
Basic office duties including:
- Answering phones
- Faxing documents
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Greeting staff, students and the public
- Checking out library books
- Shelving library books
- Assisting sick/injured students
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with students and staff
- Experience dealing with children of all ability levels
- Knowledge of office equipment
SALARY and BENEFITS:
Receptionist..........................................................................$17.50
Media Secretary/Attendance/Guidance Secretary II.............$19.00
Earned Sick & Safe Time (in accordance with MN Statute 181.9446)
REQUIREMENTS:

ORIENTATION REGISTRATION AND SESSIONS:
To register for one of the following orientation sessions, please send an email to paige.mattson@isd47.org (Subject line: Sub Orientation-Para) no later than 48 hours before the session you would like to attend. Include your name as listed on your application, the date of the orientation session you would like to attend and a contact phone number.
Orientation meetings will be held in the District Office Curriculum Center located at the Sauk Rapids-Rice High School (1833 Osauka Road NE, Door 2, second floor) on the following dates and times:

Orientation Sessions will last approximately one-hour. Please bring the following items with you to complete the application process:
- Original documents to complete Form I-9 (i.e. driver''s license, social security card/birth certificate/passport, etc.)
