POSITION: English Language Arts Teacher, Secondary, 1.0 FTE Full-time
LOCATION: Tri-City United High School in Montgomery, MN
Tri-City United Schools proudly serves the communities of Montgomery, Lonsdale, Le Center, and the surrounding areas.
STARTING DATE: October 1, 2026 or as soon as successful completion of the hiring process
SALARY: $45,500-$75,125 based on years of experience & qualifications
BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement, and paid time off
REPORTS TO: Building Principal

LICENSURE: Appropriate secondary MDE Teacher License in English Language Arts

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
- Secondary teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT)
- Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement
- Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards
- Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Titan Pride program within our high school
