The program Lead is expected to work on non-school days. Wildcat Care is looking for an adult lead to work part-time either mornings starting at 6 am or after school until 5:30. We are flexible with the hours and schedule. T A program lead must enjoy a fun and active work environment while making a difference in the lives of children! The successful applicant must meet the following requirements: Must be willing and capable of ensuring the program operates in compliance with all legal requirements Must be a minimum of 18 years of age Must like working with kids Must be responsible, energetic, creative, organized, and reliable Must be skilled at communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and staff members Must be a team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude This Wildcat Care/Little Cats Lead position is a part of the support staff agreement. The pay range for this position is between $19.18 and $ 21.46 per hour, depending on experience.
