Encore Ensembles provides instrumental music education to private schools and homeschool families in the Twin Cities metro area. This position will involve providing band instruction, including lessons and rehearsals, one day per week at your location. 1. In fall 2026, we are partnering with Mayer Lutheran High School to provide band to their partner K-8 schools. We are currently seeking applicants for this position, located in Hamburg, MN This school would be approximately a half day of teaching. 2. We are also partnering with a Catholic school in Buffalo to provide band. This is an existing band program and the school would be 1-2 days of teaching. The ideal applicant has: - A degree in instrumental music education. - Experience teaching beginning and middle school band. - A positive and flexible attitude. - Experience with recruitment and / or building a band program.
