Position Overview: Elementary Administrative Assistant
Length of stipend: 1.0 FTE Stipend, $3300
Role Overview:
The Elementary Administrative Assistant (Teacher Leader) serves as a collaborative partner to the building principal, school secretary, and school staff. This leadership role is designed for a dedicated teacher leader who provides support in the principal''s absence and plays a key role in fostering a positive school climate. Emphasis is placed on leading initiatives and activities that uplift and support to staff, enhance student experiences, and strengthen school-wide systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school leadership to support daily operations and promote a positive school environment.
- Serve as a leader and resource for staff, especially in the principal''s absence.
- Model positive student interactions and support school-wide expectations and procedures.
- Assist with student conduct and discipline in alignment with district policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a dynamic school environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with colleagues, families, students, and community members.
- Receptive to feedback and able to adjust practices to meet evolving school needs.
- Capacity to perform essential duties with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
