STEP Academy is seeking a Full-Time Elementary Teacher (K?5) STEP Academy is a K-12 destination charter school located in St. Paul (K-12) and Burnsville (K-10), Minnesota that serves a student body primarily made up of first-generation Somali/East African students. STEP Academy ensures all students are nurtured and empowered to use their personal attributes and acquired knowledge to have the choice to participate in early college entrance through the Minnesota PSEO program. Class sizes are 20 students in K?2 and 25 students in grades 3?5 The Position: STEP Academy is seeking a Full-Time Elementary Teacher (K?5) The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a love of learning, supporting academic growth, and developing the social and emotional skills of young learners. The Elementary Teacher will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment and deliver engaging instruction aligned to grade-level standards.
