STEP Academy is seeking a Full-Time Elementary Teacher (K?5) STEP Academy is a K-12 charter school located in St. Paul, Minnesota that serves a student body primarily made up of first-generation Somali/East African students. As a destination school, STEP Academy ensures all students are nurtured and empowered to use their personal attributes and acquired knowledge to have the choice to participate in early college entry through the Minnesota PSEO program. STEP Academy is dedicated to the growth and development of our entire learning community: students, staff, parents, and administrators. The Position: STEP Academy is seeking a passionate and skilled Elementary Teacher (K?5) based at the St. Paul campus (K?12) . The ideal candidate will support multilingual learners in developing English language proficiency while strengthening foundational literacy and academic skills. This role includes providing targeted instruction, supporting reading development, and using student data to guide instruction and interventions.
