Zumbrota-Mazeppa MS/HS  is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Paraprofessional.

Position Summary:
 This position includes a variety of duties such as:

• Supporting students in the classroom
• Supervising during recess and lunch
• Working with small groups and individual students
• Assisting with daily routines and behavior support as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be Highly Qualified (2 years or post-secondary, an associate''s degree, or have passed the ParaPro exam)
• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to support students with varying academic and behavioral needs.
