(FTE 1.0) LOCATION: MINNESOTA VIRTUAL SCHOOLS Description: The Registrar is responsible to collaborate with teachers, directors and other administrative personnel to provide the highest caliber of services to students. The ideal candidate will work to maximize school success for students by ensuring their records and demographic information is maintained in a timely and accurate manner. Job Summary: Work within multiple technology platforms including Google Suite, Skyward, Canvas, MS Excel, and others to manage student records and assist the registration team and families with all aspects of their school records. Work in a cooperative team environment, both independently and in collaborative situations to ensure data and records accuracy. Support and assist colleagues with projects and additional duties as they manifest throughout the school year. Other job related duties as assigned. Uphold the ethical standards of maintaining and ensuring student data privacy and accuracy. Qualifications: Experience providing services in a virtual environment Ability to work with a wide variety of students and colleagues in a calm, patient, understanding, creative, flexible, student-centered environment Skill in planning and organizing data and data efficacy Good human relation skills, team player and professional demeanor Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Proficient with basic computer programs including but not limited to Google and Microsoft Office products Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information at all times.
