The district serves approximately 2,800 students across five schools on one connected campus: Early Education, Primary School (K?2), Intermediate School (3?5), Middle School (6?8), and High School (9?12). The district also operates an off-campus transportation facility. Our mission is to develop self-directed learners who thrive in a changing global community. Position Summary: Becker Public Schools is seeking a dependable, skilled Groundskeeper/Delivery Worker to help maintain district grounds, facilities, and equipment while providing delivery and warehouse support. Responsibilities: Maintain lawns, athletic fields, landscaping, trees, irrigation systems, and grounds. Operate mowers, tractors, skid loaders, trucks, and other equipment. Perform equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs, including welding. Provide snow and ice removal. Set up, move, and store equipment for activities and events. Deliver food carts, mail, supplies, equipment, and other materials throughout the district. Perform warehouse, custodial, and general maintenance duties. Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Class B Minnesota CDL required. Grounds maintenance, landscaping, mechanical, welding, or equipment experience preferred. Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment and perform physical work. Chemical Applicator''s License preferred. Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hourly Wage: $19.74 - $26.79, depending on experience. Click here for full pay and benefit information.
