The Building Float Para is a highly flexible and provide guidance and support to students in various classrooms throughout the school building. This position requires consistent attendance Monday through Friday during regular school hours and may be extended based on building needs. We are actively reviewing applications as they are submitted. Responsibilities: Supports the lead teacher in supervising the classroom and students Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning Adapt instruction to meet the needs of the diverse learners Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment Performs other duties as assigned by the lead teacher or school administration Requirements: Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Six Week Float - Paraprofessional Substitute Payrate: $22.61/hr Not medical or dental benefit eligible.
