Lead Teacher Warroad Community Childcare Center is seeking caring, enthusiastic Lead Teachers to provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children. The Lead Teacher develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum, supports children''s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, and works collaboratively with families and staff to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment for all children Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times Maintain child records, attendance, and developmental documentation Communicate regularly with families regarding child progress Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning Support intergenerational programming and learning opportunities Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow health and safety procedures Maintain confidentiality and complete other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Minnesota Early Childhood Education License or Elementary Education License with Kindergarten endorsement Willingness to enroll in Develop: Minnesota''s Quality Improvement and Registry Tool and complete required training Schedule: 32-40 hours per week Compensation: Based on education, experience, and performance.
