INcourage Health, a private, therapist-owned, and family-first company, is hiring Occupational Therapists to cover multiple l ong term substitute positions for the 2026-27 school year. Ability to work fully or partially remote with flexible scheduling. No PLC''s or PD days required. Start date: varies Mileage reimbursement between school buildings/home visits if applicable. Ability to do documentation and meetings from home. Flexible scheduling. This is a 1099/independent contractor position. Requirements: MN licensure, professional liability insurance, and a valid driver''s license. Prefer experience in school-based settings.
